Rios says he's going to retire Pacquiao; this will be his last fight

By Chris Williams: Former WBA lightweight champion Brandon Rios (31-1-1, 23 KO's) isn't content with just beating the aging and badly struggling Manny Pacquiao (54-5-2, 38 KO') in their fight on November 23rd, Rios wants to send the 34-year-old into permanent retirement. He wants to finish Pacquiao off and put him out of his misery.
